1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: during busy seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and select international destinations.

You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We’re unable to predict or control these fees, as they vary by location.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.
We’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or courier delays, but we’ll do our best to help locate your parcel.
7. Pre-Orders or Custom Wigs
Some wigs may be available as pre-orders or custom designs.
These require additional processing time (usually 7–15 business days).
This will always be clearly mentioned on the product page.
