We want you to love your new look — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unworn, unused wigs that meet the following conditions:

✅ The item is in its original packaging (including tags, net, and box).
✅ The wig has not been worn, cut, dyed, washed, styled, or altered in any way.
✅ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

If these conditions are not met, your return may be refused for sanitary reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered

  • Custom-made or special-order wigs

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

We take hygiene seriously to ensure all our customers receive brand-new, untouched products.


3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@PureAuraWigs.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Please do not send your item back without approval, as it may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected (for hygiene or condition reasons), the item will be sent back to you.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different style or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
